¿Cómo es el clima?

Dependiendo del contexto, si se refiere a la descripción de un lugar que se describe. sería más correcto ¿Cómo es el clima?
Si se refiere a un momento en particular, en el presente, la ezpresión correcta es ¿Cómo está el tiempo?
No te olvides que el español lleva el signo de interrogación al principio también.

Se refiere al clima en un dia en especial. Esto lo preguntamos cada dia antes de salir de casa. ¿Llevare piloto y paraguas? ¿Me pongo un saco? ¿Hace calor o frio? Asi decimos en Buenos Aires.
