English to Spanish translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:to be pushed to the handset
Instead of connecting to a server and downloading e-mail in batches, messages will be pushed to the handset (phone) as they are sent, like a pager
Explanation: There is a contrast intended between "downloading messages in batches" and "pushing then (one by one) as they are sent" in a series -- and this should be brought out in the translation. So "pushed to" might = "empujado(s) hasta". Maybe a native speaker could comment on the appropriateness of this suggestion.
