Por el poco contexto que aparece NO utilizaría COMUNIQUESE.
Utilizaría más bien "póngase en contacto con ...." o
"Diríjase a .... "(si hay que notificarlo a un establecimiento físico y no a una persona en concreto).
Esto es para una traducción general, en caso de que se trate de un texto jurídico (ejemplo un contrato...) utilizaría notifíquese.
