"Pouch seats": I know 'pouch' is 'bolsas', it seems to be a number of pouchs put together in a box.
"Tuggers", a machine that "tugs" or pulls carts.
"End mill with /DRO": as part of a maintenance equipment.
"Body surfing": is there any standard translation in Spanish?
"Teeing off": in golf.
"Bubble wrap": again, is there any standard translation.

Thank you very much for your help.

Explanation:
Pouch seats = bolsillos (since, as you said, refers to a number of pouches in a box). Tuggers = Remolcadores, Torno de izar pequeño (Ref. Dictionario Politécnico de F, Beigbeder. You would have to choose which one fits in the context). End mill = Fresar Radialmente.
DRO = Drawing Requirement Outline, Destructive Read Out, Data Read Out (ref. acronymfinder. You also would have to choose the one that fits). Body Surfing = Hacer tabla Hawaiana ( If not leave surfing). Teeing Off = Salida, Dar el primer golpe? Me gusta mas salida: Teeing off is at 10:00A.M.= La salida es a las 10:00 A.M. Bubble Wrap = Envoltorio (empaque)con plásticos de ampollas o con burbujas. Espero sea de ayuda.

hacer/practicar el "body surf"

Explanation:
That's what they say here in Spain for body surfing.
To tee off is "dar el golpe de salida" or, as our colleague wrote, simply "salida" (tee-off time = hora de salida)
Also in Spain, bubble wrap would be "envoltorio de burbuja".

Explanation:
They may call bubble wrap "envoltorio ..." in the industry, but the last time I went into a Spanish store to buy some (this summer) it was "papel de burbujas".
