arpía, sargenta, sisebuta

Explanation:
Para battle-ax(e,) el diccionario Larousse ESP<>ING propone *arpía*, que me parece lo más apto en tu contexto. Sin embargo, si te suena mejor, hay también lo que propone el Oxford Superlex: sargenta o sisebuta.

Vieja arpía superdotada sexualmente

Explanation:
Llámame Jemmy, no madre, no querida, no vieja arpía superdotada sexualmente (or vieja arpía ninfomaníaca). (I found this line very funny. It sounds like a novel. Could you please provide the name of the book?=

vieja/arpía salida/cachonda

Explanation:
When we use 'battle-axe' to refer to someone, almost invariably a woman, she is considered to be of a strong, forceful character, and not necessarily in a nice way (e.g. a strict school-teacher), literally 'hacha de batalla' (más bruto que una espada, por ejemplo). 'Arpia' doesn't quite convey a subtle sense of physical strength that is implied in the use of 'battle-axe' as compared to, say, 'shrew', but is probably the nearest you'll get. I would personally prefer 'vieja' as the noun, it sounds more like what I have heard in real life.

For 'over-sexed', I would use 'salida' or 'cachonda' to convey the idea of someone older, and excessively flirtatious for her age.

Note that 'old' here doesn't necessarily mean 'vieja'. It's most likely added for effect, not meaning. Just to illustrate: 'Not a bad old day, is it?' 'Any old thing will do for dinner, I'm not hungry' (When are days old? Who would want something 'old' for dinner?!). In other words, it's just a way of speaking.
