Hola, estoy traduciendo las instrucciones de un pequenho aparato, tengo problemas con PLUNGER, es como una BARRA que permite introducir la fruta en la botella. Aqui va el contexto:

1. Place any fruit wedge into XYZ
2. Swing arm to upright position to squeeze & channel juice into bottle
3. Push PLUNGER down sending the fruit past the bottleneck.

Por otro lado, para "swing arm into upright position" estaba pensando en "COLOQUE EL BRAZO DEL XYZ EN POSICION VERTICAL" o "LEVANTE EL BRAZO DEL XYZ HASTA QUE SE ENCUENTRE EN POSICION VERTICAL". Que piensan?

Hola, pues si, tomare la version de "barra" pues es un embolo algo grueso y varilla da mas bien la idea de pequenho o delgado.
