I clearly remember the Q-Tips boxes in Mexico being labeled 'hisopos de algodón', though none of my reference books confirm it -- but you can't go by a dictionary, you know that. Anyway, the closest any get is the Prentice Hall Appleton's, which lists: hisopillo, small aspergill, mouth swab. Suggestion: Do you have a spare laser cartridge? They provide swabs for cleaning the laser printer and contain multilingual instructions. I don't have any available, but you might want to check that out. HTH. |
