English term or phrase: trustee, counsellor (context: school regulations)
For counsellor I thought "consejero" would be an appropriate word (though I don't know if this is the word used in a school).

regente; asesor o consejero

Explanation:
Trustee: Although the connotation is one of "administrador" or "depositario", in school context the right term is "regente" (masc.& fem.).
Counsellor: may be either "asesor/a" or "consejero/a" but a fly on the back of my ear is loudly buzzing the first term.
pleasure... :)
