meaning below Explanation: I have no Spanish but if you need help with the meaning, here it is : truancy = unjustified absenteeism (from school)of a pupil/student truancy report = report drawn up on frequency of truancy, probably with regard to one particular person truancy officer = person who draws up a report (see above) after having investigated the unjustified absenteeism of a pupil/student. Usually en employee of the social services. truant = the absent pupil/student Sorry I don't speak Spanish but if you needed to understand what it is about, this may help. If not, have a nice day anyway! Nikki general knowledge |

Informe de ausentismo (escolar) del policía de ausentismo Explanation: Or something like this in Spanish. The "escolar" is optional as it would probably be understood. RT |

a clarification Explanation: Truancy is deliberate and unjustified absence from school ("rabona"). For this reason I don't think simply "ausentismo" will do. |

la palabra que siempre oí yo fue "hacer novillos" but I Explanation: understand that may not be too formal. I suggest: truancy = faltar a clase injustificadamente truant officer = persona (o oficial) que reporta las faltas injustificadas a clase. |
