Explanation:
on behalf of... significa por cuenta de, lo que significa que quien recibe el estado de cuenta no lo debe pagar, sino que lo paga el titular de la tarjeta de crédito principal. Creo que tarjeta de crédito adicional es el sentido correcto en este caso.
