empresas sindicadas o sindicalizadas


Explanation:
Vocab item very used in business, esp with insurance and banking, where risks/loans are distributed amongst various companies, so one doesn't go under due to an enormous loss.

I would say, 'empresas sindicadas/sindicalizadas' because they act in a syndicated format. There is no danger of this, in context being confused with 'trade union' (=sindicato), even though both words in fact have the same origin, and both spellings are acceptable.
