"Hospitality"

English to Spanish translations [PRO]
English term or phrase: "Hospitality"
This appears in a questionaire. The question was: "What is your organizarion's primary type of business?" And then it gives a list. "Hospitality" is one of the items in this list. (Other items were: Accounting, Business services, Retail, etc.). I think that "Hospitalidad" would be too literal. Any ideas? By the way it is for Latin America.

hospitalidad, atencion

Explanation:

I would suggest:

Explanation:
Atención al Público

or Relaciones Públicas but atención al público is more likely because it has to do much more with hospitality.

hospitalidad

Explanation:
Let's not re-invent the wheel. It IS hospitalidad (Simon and Schuster's International Dictionary, English/Spanish-Spanish-English). As a resident in Orlando, Florida, I can tell you that it is the most widely and acceptable translation used and the ones in this industry understand exactly what you would be refering to.

hosteleria

Explanation:

Hospitalidad, Hotelera

Explanation:
I have seen both of these terms used for the hospitality services industry in Mexico. The first one would be my first choice as it is understood by those in the business to include all of the services of a hotel rather than just renting out rooms. Hope this helps with all the other answers you got!
