¿Qué hay de nuevo?

Explanation:
You can translate this in many ways as it is very colloquial:

¿Qué hay de nuevo?
¿Qué pasa?
¿Qué sucede?

Good luck!

que hubo? que honda?

Explanation:
it's a slang usage in English, so you need to use a slang term in Spanish ... there are two suggestions, at least. "Que pasa", suggested above, is also slang and could be used.

¿Qué pasa?

Explanation:
This is not really a question, you can also use it as "¡Qué pasa!"
and you can use different translations in colloquial spanish like:
¡Cómo andamos! (it can be a question as well)

I hope this helps

¿Quiúbole? ¿Qué onda? ¿Qué tal?

Explanation:
Qué onda (not honda) is one of the most common "what's up" in Mexican Spanish.

Also, I recommend "quiúbole." This is a contraction for "Que hubo" and another good equivalent for "what's up."
