Además, no encontré el término "culturación" en el Diccionario de la Real ni en ninguna otra parte.

Explanation:
"mecanismo de stress por aculturación". Answers above are fine, but under my view, "aculturación" (at least in your context) doesn't mean "loss of..." but "adoption of or integration in..." which produces a massive stress on individuals on their quest for social acceptance. Just a thought anyway.. cheers :)

Explanation:
I totally agree with P Roigé; the term "aculturar" means detraction of culture. In this case it would be out of context. If you mean adoption of culture -not loss- then you should use culturización.
