This symbol, called a "Twistie" indicates that the heading includes additional items.

Spanish translation:marcador de lista desplegable
Explanation:
It seems to me that there is no accepted translation for this. What is meant is an icon that you can click to display a list of items hidden below the heading (see link below). This is the motivation for my suggestion above. However, it is quite product-specific (Lotus) as far as I know and maybe you can just leave it in English, with (marcador de lista desplegable) between parenthesis.

Marca de dirección, flechas indicadoras de dirección, etc.

Explanation:
It depends on what the symbol looks like. I don't think you can use just a single translation for all occurences of the word. If you have a look at http://193.102.189.136/r-s-e/rsewebmain.nsf/pages/INTHelp , you'll be able to see what they call 'twisties' here. If that is what you mean, I suggest 'marca de dirección', 'flecha indicadora de dirección' or something similar.

Hope it helps!

Un saludo.

signo de número de cláusula

Explanation:
If you're referring to the little symbol that looks like a double-tailed sperm cell, then this is what I would call it in Spanish. Webster calls this a "section" or "numbered clause." If you're not talking about a legal document, then call it a "signo de número de párrafo".

This is my best attempt.
