English to Spanish translations [PRO]
English term or phrase:Medical Kit and Additionals
This is for an Insurance Company in Puerto Rico.
A "Medical Kit" was sent to the doctor.
The only term that I can find is "Botiquín Médico" In Puerto Rico this means Medicine Cabinet. It does not say what kind of supplies or medicines are sent in this Medicine Kit. Or whether its a doctors bag. I need the term used in Puerto Rico. Does anyone know? How would you translate it?
Additions - Additional. Paid up "additions and Additional" 1 year term is in dollars only. This is an insurance Term. Does anyone know? Again, term used in Puerto Rico.
Explanation: "Botiquín" means "Cabinet" as the one in the bathroom, however, "Botiquín médico" can be both, a cabinet and a box to be taken on trips, etc. If you say "Botiquín médico" in context, it is bound to be generally understood as "Medical kit" because that is the term used generally for a box with medicines in it. I thought"elementos" would be a nice, fairly vague, word to go with "adicionales". Cheers and good luck.
Botiquín de implementos médicos. Coberturas adicionales y adicionales completamante pagados
