Se trata de una garantía. El texto dice que cuando el producto se lleve a reparar fuera de garantía se aplicará un "nominal service charge".

He encontrado "gratuíto o semi-gratuíto" pero no creo que en estos servicios técnicos hagan reparaciones gratuítas o semi-gratuítas.
