Explanation:
"Tuva" seems to be OK in Spanish (see web site below). For "Tuvan", maybe "Tuvano" will do (see second reference - not much of a reference but it's all I could find).

He encontrado en Google varias referencias con "Tuvan", incluso alguna a alguna página también traducida a español, pero el traductor ha evitado utilizar el gentilicio. Por ejemplo, en la página en inglés dice "Tuvan singer" y en español "cantante de Tuva".

Si quieres utilizar el gentilicio, puedes utilizar los sufijos utilizados en español para tal fin: tuvano o tuvecino (que da un claro sentido de proximidad ;-) )
