(It seems that this is a cross-questioning of a witness). first of all, you're not dealing with an interogatory but an interrogation Explanation: As for your next question and what you really wanted to know - tell the facts as you know them. Have you ever seen the old TV show Dragnet? One of the favorite lines Sgt. Friday would use was "Just the facts, ma'am" - well, that's what we're dealing with here.
