Una posibilidad solamente:

Me pregunto si hay un error de mecanografía, y la intención real era escribir "Let HQ know how you fixed the problem", es decir informar a la casa central, (oficinas centrales, etc...) sobre cómo fue resuelto el problema. Eso cae bien en un contexto de servicio técnico.
HQ = Headquarters
Es sólo una posibilidad. No le acabo de ver otro sentido.
