Parece una espresion que quiere decir shirts(camisas)porque los "administradores" usan camisas, y(take a stroll) es pasearse pero tambien puedes usar lucirse...Lucir la camisa? Es como decirles, que despues del entrenamiento que van a recivir en esta clase les va ha ayudar en sus posiciones. Como lucirse en una camisa nueva! Espero que esto te ayude ;-)
