Se mantiene el término en español. Inclusive, en el Simon & Schuster encuentras Swing (Inglés) = Swing (español)para indicar un golpe lateral en el boxeo. No es balancearse, ya que se trata del golpe en sí. Ref.Propia experiencia (experto en como no hacer swing a la pelota). Espero sea de ayuda.
