El problema es que aparece en una tabla como parte de un calendario de actividades. No hay mucho espacio disponible, quizá 1/4 - 1/3 más que la frase de arriba.

La traducción es para los EE. UU., entonces estoy entre usar 'Centro' o dejarlo como CST, ya que (me parece) que se entendería acá. ¿Qué me sugieren?
