English term or phrase:I just don't want anyone to get hurt.
Hey, everyone. How would you say "I just don't want anyone to get hurt." in Spanish. Let's say I'm talking about a bed that has weak legs and needs to be repaired. The legs are so weak that the bed may break and cause the person sleeping in it to get hurt. Tengo estas ideas:
I am referring to being hurt physically, not emotionally. Which one of these options sounds the best to you? Would you say something different? Thanks! :-)
Thanks a lot, Tomas. I'm sorry, but I can't write accents right now, so I'll just type in English. Is lastimar used in Spain also? I have the feeling that lastimar is used in Latin America, but not Spain. Is this true? I think that hacerse daño is used everywhere. Is that right?
Opciones 1 y 2 correctas.
