tofu Explanation: Es un queso de soya utilizado principalmente en comida japonesa y naturista. Ve el siguienrte ejemplo: "TOFU CONSERVAR EL TOFU 1. Preparar el tofu 2. Cortarlo en trozos 3. Se congela durante 48 horas ( es necesario este tiempo para que la textura sea la adecuada) 4. Se colocan los trozos congelados en una bolsa de plástico y se guardan en el refrigerador por una semana ( el tofu adquiere color café) 5. Para descongelar: colocar el tofu congelado en un plato hondo, agregarle a los costados ( no encima para que no se desintegre) agua caliente, dejar 5 minutos. Se tira el agua caliente y se cubre con agua fría , la misma operación se repite hasta que el tofu quede blando. Escurrir el tofu , presionando con las palmas de las manos. Tofú Explanation: It's the same name in Spanish, but with the grafic accent. Normally, the names of traditional dishes are not translate, like "paella" is not translated into English. There is no equivalent or translation because the only possible one would be an explanation of the ingredients and/or the preparation. I would recommend an explanation in brackets, if you consider that the people the translation is addressed to are not familiar with the term. Hope it helps. |
