Por lo que estuve buscando, gas tight podría ser "hermético", pero tightly sealed también puede ser hermético (si bien me inclino a pensar que es simplemente bien cerrado en este caso). Me gustaría entender bien la diferencia, ya que de lo contrario parecería ser algo contradictorio.
