Es un sistema ridiculo por el cual pagas por algo poco a poco y cuando lo terminas de pagar te lo llevas.
Lo de Sistema de apartaados lo he visto en Costa Rica.
En España no existe pues el pago a plazos es diferente ya que la persona obtiene la mercancia al principio de los pagos no al final.
