Se limpia la lubina y se abre por la mitad. Poner sal y pimienta en un plato. Se corta la lubina a escalopinas finas colocándolas encima del plato condimentado. Por encima se les echa sal y pimienta y se le pone el zumo de limón con un pincel. Se reserva en la nevera. Aparte cortaremos los otros ingredientes, se mezclan y los colocaremos encima de la lubina. Pasados unosminutos ya está lista para servir.

Salsa y Escabeche


Explanation:
Marinada como adjetivo está bien, pero como sustantivo no creo que sea correcto (al menos a mi no me suena)y en tu caso me parece que está diciendo que el producto tiene dos usos: Sauce y Marinade.

Simon & Schuster propone escabeche como traduccion de Marinade. Las otras acepciones son solo verbos y no sustantivos: escabechar, marinar, macerar.

Tambien busque Marinada en la seccion en español y no está.
