lentejas Explanation: Al parecer es muy usado en la cocina en la India. Todo lo que encontré sobre split green gram tenía que ver con recetas indús de hecho se llama moong dal en ese idioma. Mira la referencia y verás que entre paréntesis usan letils, es decir lentejas. Y en el segundo enlace hay una foto.
