asset claims

"the Joint official liquidators will be in a position to deal with the company's client custody aaset claims"
A company is being liquidated and the JOLs write to the creditors regarding their custody assets. The terms "asset claims" and "claimant" are repeted several times. I wonder where they refer to "derechos de activos" y "derchohabiente" or just "demanda, reclamación de activos" and "demandante"
Any ideas???
