Spanky means "quickly, dashingly". It could be translated as: ágilmente, entusiasta,rapidito,velozmente. It all depends on the full context. If it is a name, it is not translated. It will remain the same.

Spanky could also mean someone that likes to spank. In this case it would be "aficionado a las nalgadas". A spank is "una nalgada".

en caso de ser nombre propio, se deja igual, pero si es un apodo, podría manejarse con un apodo similar pero en español, por ejemplo si le dicen "Spanky" por veloz, se puede manejar como "Pata veloz", etc..

El Gordo and Spanky

Depending on what series you are referring to. The very first, black and white series, Spanky was known as in Mexico as el Gordo, while in the more recent cartoon version, his name is Spanky. Also, and just in case, Buckwheat is Farina, Darla is Carla, Alfalfa is Alfalfa.
