De locura

En realidad, para la traducción hay que tener en cuenta tu público, puesto que el término "off-the-hook" es de la jerga afro-norteamericano. Se usa en la cultura y música "hip-hop", "gangsta", etc. para denotar la locura en general. Una persona "off-the-hook" está loca. Una canción "off-the-hook" podría ser "halucinante", "guay", "de locura", "con mucha marcha"... todo depende de lo que esperaría tus lectores. Good luck!
