Soy estudiante de Filología Hispánica y en la mayor parte de la bibliografía sobre actos de habla que he leido en español se traducía "illocutionary" por ilocutivo, estableciendo una clasificación tripartita de los actos de habla en locutivos, ilocutivos y perlocutivos.
