English to Spanish translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:In the zoo, Bombon met an alligator.
Bombon is a dog, I need this translated in the past tense form.
En el zoológico, Bombon se encontró con un cocodrilo.
Explanation: If the meaning of "meet", is:
-that he find or came face to face with the alligator, use the previous answer.
-that he meet the alligator for the firts time, like when you are introduced to someone, use "En el zoológico, Bombon conoció a un cocodrilo."
If "Bombon" means "bon-bon", I mean, a sweet, in spanish it's "Bombón". If you want to keep the name as in english don't put the dash.
Consider this note for all the other answers I gave you.
