English to Spanish translations [PRO]
English term or phrase: DX number
This is in a British Form.
The sentence reads:
"Please give the name, address, telephone number and, if available, a DX number and DX Exchange of the person Companies House should contact if there is any query".

Is there a translation for "DX number" and "DX exchange"?

Thanks

Spanish translation:número de DX
Explanation:
DX stands for Document Exchange and is a private system used by UK lawyers, estate agents, etc for the electronic transmission of documents.

There may be something similar in Spain, but since this is a British form, this is irrelevant, since it is only the UK-based DX system which will be of interest to the organisation issuing the form.

I suggest that you use 'número de DX' and 'central de DX' to indicate that it is the British system which is being referred to, with an explanatory note if necessary.
