"Tu" is used to speak to a person you have a close relation with.
But if you don't, you have to use "su".
If it is your teacher, unless is an informal one, use "su".

What you are doing is taking each word out of your letter and asking for it to be translated.
It is impossible to translate like this - each word needs the context of the sentence.
Instead of submitting your letter in fragments to this site (which is really for queries about specific terms) why don't you try translating the letter yourself.
If you are learning Spanish,it would be better for you in the long run.
