"BuscarlOs" is more extensively used than "buscarlEs"...
In the second member (called "apódosis" in Spanish syntax) you have to mention "ellos" ("they")to avoid any possible confusion, because the same verbal form is used to refer to "ustedes" ("you" plural)...
