Un abrazo

Explanation:
Hi Cristina,
If you're still writing to your grandmother, then you don't want to finish the letter with "yours sincerely".
In Spanish from Spain it is more normal to write "un abrazo, Christina" (a hug) or "Cariños, Christina" in South American Spanish.
Hope it helps.
Un abrazo,
Sarah.

Atentamente o Cariños o un abrazo

Explanation:
Dear Christina

I imagine this is the end of your letter to your grandma. I suggest you;

Atentamente (vey formal ending)
Cariños (Informal for South American Countries)
Un abrazo (Informal very well used in Spain)

Regards

Cecilia
