It seems to me this comes frome a letter, birthday card etc., If so, the translation would depend very much on the previous or remaining text... "Hoy cumples 5 años" = "You're five years today"; "...!!CUMPLES 5 AÑOS!!!..." "You're 5 years old"; "...mañana cumples cinco años"... "You'll be 5 tomorrow"...and so on and so forth...Good Luck!
