more info. needed Explanation: I have been a baseball fan and scorekeeper for many years and have never heard the word "straight" used as a noun. I believe the "línea" in the previous answer refers to what is called a "line drive" in English. What kind of context is this? Is it maybe a game about baseball? Maybe more information would help; the reference you've included really doesn't make much sense in and of itself. experience |

Strike Explanation: This is the right spelling. It's a ball thrown by the pitcher which crosses over the plate at a certain height. Three of them before you hit the ball or get first base via four "balls", and you're "out" for that turn at bat... |
