Aquí no podemos separar "efficient" del resto, es decir del "make more".

Literalmente sería "hacer (volver) más eficaz", pero esto no suena bien al oído hispano. Hay que buscar la palabra adecuada para "make more", que es "aumentar", "mejorar" o "incrementar". Lo mismo, dependiendo del contexto, se dice así en español:

"mejorar la eficacia"
"mejorar el rendimiento"
"aumentar la eficacia"
"aumentar el rendimiento"
"incrementar la eficacia"
"incrementar el rendimiento"
