estoy alli a las nueve


Explanation:
"estoy allí a las nueve" if you're talking to the person is very colloquial way of saying it.

also, llego (or llegaré or voy a llegar) in place of estoy might be even better.

i assume "here" should be "her" the that second part.

"la recojo a las nueve" for "i will pick her up at nine"

so basically, use the present for the future, as is very common colloquially.
