Explanation:
Sus colegas le advierten que [eso/ el asunto, etc] tiene resabios a prédica de hacer el bien y a teología.

Creo que “prédica de hacer el bien” [un poco en contraste con hacer el bien, real y efectivamente] es una traducción posible de “do-goodism”.
