Explanation:
Inés ha dado en el clavo, hay que utilizar la expresión "rural". Creo que la mejor solución es que especifiques de qué tipo de "resort" se trata (casa, hotel, albergue, apartamentos..) y despues le añadas el "rural".

En España el turismo rural esta proliferando como setas (por poner un ejemplo campestre) y es muy común oir hablar de casas rurales (que se alquilan completas o por habitaciones), hoteles rurales, "suites" rurales (cuando no hay cocina ni salon), y hasta urbanizaciones rurales.

Echa un vistazo a los links o busca "turismo rural" en Google. De todas formas, un poquito de contexto no nos vendría mal..
