**Cold Read Policy**
In order to improve the quality of our Department’s work product, all attorneys are required to submit important documents of the type described below to a review procedure. A group of senior attorneys have volunteered to ***“cold read”*** important documents to try to catch ambiguous drafting which could lead to future disputes. The final version (still subject to revision) of the following types of documents are subject to this procedure and should be submitted to any of the senior attorneys on the attached list:

en ingles, cold significa de la nada, sin prevencion, para esta traduccion creo que lo que significa, es que el abogado que lo lee"cold" quiere decir sin ninguna informacion de las intenciones del que escribe el contrato, asi el lo lee y se imaginara legalmente las maniobras para tumbar el contrato.
