BU knowledge means "business unit knowledge", and involves a lot of techniques of how to communicate people, subordinates, other managers lead a team or a group, tackle problems, etc.
It could require both innate features and learned knowledge.

Well, as my Spanish is in the very begining of the learning process, I just try to put the words together:

"Business Unidad Conocimiento"

If "business" is generally used without translation in Spanish, I wouldn't tarnslate it.
