Bienvenido...

Explanation:
Here you have the correct way to apply:

Bienvenido a mi casa! (for a man)
Bienvenida a mi casa! (for a woman)
Bienvenidos a mi casa! (for both in plural, or only for men)
Bienvenidas a mi casa! ( for women)

always in a good mood...!

Bienvenidos a mi hogar

Explanation:
Not to rest her merit to Pilar, I think if the case is to generalise to every possible visitor as a greeting, noun masculine plural "bienvenidos" is the best choice, or in the event of female majority (to avoid gender issues) then "bienvenidas". Nowadays, they even write "bienvenid@s" in a casual context and trendy way, with the "@", which includes both gender possibilities.
About "home",translated as "hogar" makes the difference, as the strict translation, in opposition to "casa" which in Spanish is both "house" and "home".
I am also a native, from Spain, but I explain this so lenghtly in a try to get you to choose what you consider the most appropiate.

Que seas bienvenido/a - Que seáis bienvenidos/as

Explanation:
Una perífrasis quizás más conciliante y acogedora, más inclusiva. Por lo demás, todas las propuestas me encantan :)
