green fee Explanation: Siempre lo he visto igual en español, al igual que tantas otras palabras del golf. Abajo encontrarás una referencia. En cuanto a "tee off time", "tee off" significa dar el primer golpe, así que sería la "hora en que se da el primer golpe", pero probablemente haya una traducción mejor. No estoy segura de que sea la hora de inicio del juego, ya que se da un primer golpe desde el "tee" en cada hoyo. Puedes ver abajo un diccionario de golf. Espero que te sirva.
