cama tamaño queen, edificio de pisos bajos

Explanation:
That's my three cents worth..

In spanish, the queen size bed has always been brought forward as Cama Queen.

A low rise building has been refered as far as I remember as an [edificio de pisos bajos. So take your pick.

Hi Laura...

here you have an IRONICAL translation, which could fit if you are translating something not really official but friendly and... a bit peculiar :)

Best wishes, Flavio

Clarification from the asker

Explanation:
I am tempted to go with "cama tamano Queen" because I have used and seen used often "cama tamano King", therfore...

I can't use'matrimonial' because that is what I used for 'double bed', and 'grandiosa', well... this if for the Mexican, not Spain market, and therefore English adoptions are far more common.

If anyone else would like to add their two cents worth, it's always welcome.
