The following parts must also bear a light film of oil:- the barrel breech faces, the barrel hooks and their recoil faces, ejectors, the cocking lever push-rod. In the action frame the sides, the bolt, the slots intended for the hooks, the hinge pin and the rotating faces of the action frame which contact the fore-end iron.
